Reasons I don't want me to have more power in British politics

• Why vote for the party I want to run the country if I then have to make decisions myself?
• Low level bureaucrats are even more self-serving than high level bureaucrats
• I have absolutely no idea about what is going on in my community.
• What if the meetings or voting means I have to miss The One Show?
• I like to be able to blame someone else for society's ills.
