Items Mark Thompson should have put in his draft review as ways to improve the BBC

Source: BBC to announce cuts to website, radio services and imported programmes
  • Stop being biased against the politics, beliefs or sports team of everybody in the country that has ever commented on the BBC.
  • Radio 2 offers nothing that is not available elsewhere so save money by sacking all but one of the DJs and relaunching it as a 12 hour celebrity prank call show followed by a 12 hour phone in from outraged Daily Mail readers who have not actually heard the prank calls.
  • Give people using the BBC website more of what they actually want from the internet - nudity.
  • Lower the Licence Fee by making and selling more episodes of Top Gear to Dave.
  • Increase quality, no more 3 Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.
